Villasimius is one of the most famous coastal destinations of south Sardinia. Tourism is directed towards an awareness of the peculiarities of the natural environment, of the local traditions, of the archaeological and historical-naturalistic heritage. Numerous itineraries can be offered on the mainland or by sea, on the traces of the ancient fishing traditions, or even in the underwater world, to discover the many submerged wrecks that the sea has left us in the seabed of the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara.
